Spraying Flakes 1/128"-tip size

I wanted to know what tip size is best for spraying 1/128" flakes with a HVLP gun, using the intercoat clear as the vehicle.

Any other hints for spraying flakes would be appreciated

That sounds like the fine flake.I don't know for sure but I'd say anything above a 1.2 or1.3 should be fine.Be carefull of letting the flakes settle,don't set the gun down between coats and just pick it up,you could get a wad of flake shoot out.I dump the gun after each coat and I shake the gun after a few passes as I'm spraying just to be sure.
