When painting over a good factory paint job. Other than cleaning the surface really good. What else should I do. Should I scuff the clear coat or leave it alone?

Actually, that is a good question!!

You need to sand it real good. We usually take 600 DA over the clear, to dull it up so the new graphics clear will adhere properly.
