Tacoma painters looking for a place to play?

I'm lookin for a place to rent a booth/workspace. Kind of an artists co-op where I can work on side projects. Paint, body work, welding, etc. Preferably in Tacoma but I'm wide open to suggestions. Thanks!

Gonna be tough to find. Lot's of liability.
Maybe you can be subcontractor for a custom shop, and you work out a deal to do some of their work and you do your work there and supply most of your own materials.
Or, just rent your own shop
