tank blanks

I' m looking for a place to buy tank blanks so I can practice a new concept, can anyone please help out. Thanks in advance. I did see some at Innate.com but they seemed a little high in price.

The blanks I use look like the ones on this link http://home.earthlink.net/~summer12
They are from Bob's Paint and Auto.
Made from fiberglass and cost about $30 with tax and shipping.
Bob can be reached at 209-722-2790.
They work awesome.
