hello all new to forum just came across it today. i was wondering if anybody makes or sells tank and fender paint stands. i dont weld so i thought id check here. thanks for any info.jayman

I know there used to be a guy that sold the for about $200 each, but since the economy took a dump, I don't think they sell them anymore.
I have a how-to that I did about 8 years ago in the "How-To" section. Cost back then was about $25 each, probably about $30 each now.
Easy to do. I see painters have used them on ebay quite a few times.

whenever i have to shoot a tank or any tins, i build mine out of wood. mount em on a sawhorse and it works pretty good.

I also am looking for a stand to build (I can weld) something specificly for crotch rocket plastics. Id like to be able to spray them as a whole piece (when I paint flames) or as individual pieces. I was thinking of standing a piece of OSB on its side. . . Any ideas???

welcome aboard! i personally dont have these. i made a base that bolts to sawhorses and use wood and steel rod to custom make mounts for the different tanks, fenders, and other parts.
