Time window to buff?

I know I should wait 24 hours after last clear to buff...is there a limit to how long after that-
and do you wait 24 hours before sanding the clear as well-
Mine will be candy and clear then 2 good coats of clear-
Do I just wait a day and then sand and buff?
If I can't buff within 24 hours is that bad?

It's ok to wait longer but generaly speaking it gets harder the longer you wait. Yes you can wet sand after 24 hours.cyas
