Candy is very hard to touch up due to the fact, it is a tri-stage paint.
If the chip is right on the edge, and if you If you got an airbrush, you could spray the base, then candy, then a light coat of clear.
You also may want to just feather the chip out, add a coat of primer, then spray the 'KBC' basecoat candies, then a coat of clear. (House of Kolors). This will get you a color that's close.
Be sure and mask off so you can just spray the edge. Keep the paint thin!
If all else fails, go to your local auto parts store and match it up as close as you can. If the chip is right on the edge, you may get it close enough with this way.
