Great job. Nice "reflection pic"!

It "appears" you sprayed a black bc/cc and then sanded the surface for the white color...if you do a 2-tone like this again, just spray the black base, let it dry about 1/2 hour or so, then mask it off for the white. No sanding required.

Or, you possibly used the original black base for the base for the paint job?! And just added the white

Again, great job!!!

I scuffed up the whole tank, and wetsanded down some of the larger deeper scratches. They were just in the clear. Then masked off the black and shot the white. Cleared the whole thing.
