I've only been painting for about a year now,i learned to spray waterborne but now we have went back to diamont(solvent).I'm having a lifting issue mostly on bumpers.I've tried to narrow it down,only thing im left with is maybe im putting it on to wet? Kinda on my own no love from the other painter.

Not for sure what you could be doing. Are you putting on sealer before doing the base? Possibly you are letting the sealer sit too long or too short before applying the base?
If you are not spraying sealer first, try putting your base coats on as medium wet (not wet)
