wet sanding problem (i think)

hi all...i just got through painting my tank colbalt blue candy...i put on 3 coats of candy and the last coat of candy has a very small amount of dry blue pearl....i then put 3 coats of clear over it..and it looked great..when.i started wet sanding with 1500 i noticed some blue on the viva towel...whats going on here? i'm kinda lost.hummmm.did the pearl bleed throught the clear coat?..thanks pa /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/foreheadslap.gif

certain candies will bleed, i think Colbolt blue is one of them. when you buff it out if it looks good dont worry about it
