Hi guys, i have a custom painted electron blue firebird and i'm currently in the process of figuring out what color ghost flames would look best. I had a panel sprayed and a sorta moon glow/greyish color with alot of mini (multipe colored) sparkles in it, it looks ok but kinda blah. I was thinking of another blue, but i don't know. You guys seem to know what your doing what would look best on my color?

come on guys anyone out there??

So far my guy sprayed a pearl color with rainbow flake in it for a ghost flame, it looks OK, nothing spectacular, from like 2-4 feet awya it looks silverish and grey, up close you can see the small particles of rainbow. I was thinking that possible another blue pearl flake would look decent on the blue that i have, that would really blend into the color more and possibly some different highlights. Some help from the pros would be great, thanks!

I'm in now way a pro but i would go with hok's bluberry pearl or maybe even a violet/purple pearl. the problem is when your going for o ghost effect it's sometimes hard to get the extra punch your looking for

So far this is what the lastest flame looks like. I'm not nots over it and it wasn't done with the air brush so its a bit thicker going into the middle. Its just an example. Im going to have him try PPG's Frost Blue Pearl and see what that looks like. Might blend in nicely or too much gotta see. Anyone recommend any really cool colors for ghost flames for my blue? Thanks.

Sorry Qwik,I had to delete the webpage due to the email address.I would play with some pearls mentioned and also try making a blue tinted clear basecoat(a cheap candy). If that drowns out the metallic a coat of crushed glass like PPGs Prismatique under the blue would be cool,or a light coat over it.
