what HOK product to use?

Paint booth is built, parts are off, ready to sand original finish. Question is what do i use, epoxy primer or primer/sealer. I will be going through the clear in some areas. Also what do I sand the original finish to (grit size) in order for proper primer or sealer adhesion? Any help would be appreciated.
