whats air cap do you use most hvlp or he?

I know some painters choose based on humidity and others have a set sysytem no matter what the conditions.. some use hvlp for base only while others use high efficiency on both base and clear. I still have not tried he caps with basecoats. I only have 13 paint jobs under my belt so I am really new to this and really appreciate everyones opinion's. what have you found works best for you on base and clear coats and do you paint in a booth or garage? thanks

I just use the HVLP Iwatas and Satas. Never used a HE gun.

I run a shop so I have to use a certified spray booth.
Only the 'side jobbers' around here can get away with spraying in their garage, outside, under a carport....
