Would it look ok to spray a kandy over

a solid white? I want to spray kandy blue over white. Do you have to spray it over a Metallic? Have any of you done it? If so how does it look?

Nevermind I just shot a test panel, no good.

It's gonna look real light so the candy needs to be strengthened up (or piled on) but it'll get a 'neon' look to it when done right.

Always better to spray candies over a metallic (or flakes). If you spray it over white, you will just end up with a *bright* color.
