If you have not done so....you can build a saw horse style jig to hold em while you buff....just sayin

My tank is straight out of the gun. Uncut/unbuffed.
You just have to use your imagination on a stand with the saw and screw gun...

hi bondo not much mate, been working today, but work always slow's down near xmas , you got to take what you can when it come in , well thats life , i have some fender and a tank to do for my son, where trying to get his little ke100 back on the road for sometime next year, i missed my delivery today, i have brought another xt500 tank to spray white so i can change the colour of my bike ,when i feel like a change but i do like the my exported usa ginger brown colour so it might never get around to putting the tank on the bike lol ,still it will be a nice spare to have, here a up to date picture's , what about you mate what have you been working on
