Hello,
I am experiencing tiny bubbles in my high gloss paint upon applying and after curing. They appear as I am spraying out of my iwata LPH-80 spray gun. The recommended psi is 13 and I feel it is way too low. It doesn’t seem to be atomizing properly. Any suggestions on how I can avoid bubbles all together?
I am thinning my paint out because it is way too thick and the spray gun has a 0.8 tip. I also clean my parts with simple green and put them in a rinse tank then in the oven to dry out. I am new to the industry and would love to know if I’m doing this wrong and am open to any advise.
