I enjoy watching anyting on TV that pertains to motorcycles. Even if some of it is a bit over dramatic. I was looking through some old issues of "chopper" and "street chopper" magazines last fall and decided to paint a bike with spiderwebs. This was kinda cool in the early-mid 70's but didn't last long. Masked out the webs (actual lines not "cobbed") turned out good, satisfied customer. Now I see spider webs everywhere! OCC comes up with the "black widow" bike. If the webs catch on too mutch, Scott may have to add a Webs Board. You never now! TC

Hah,got it. A little smoke and rubber
There's about 7-8000 miles of rubber up in smoke there. The last is the Barmaid in a mask in the bar after 3 guys pulled up to the bar and let it rip.The second is a little rubber in first and all of second gear.Poor tire.

Haha, that was the first for me.A few buddies are thinking of taking over a bar here and doing the same.If you want to smoke a tire pull up to the bar and the first beer is free, but the barmaid pours it down your throat as you're smoking it up.

ya know , 'cause of the shows, we can't forget the others (i consider masters) bourget, yaffie(sp) etc.. these guys manufacture UNBELIEVABLE machines, these men are truely artists. not to knock those on TV and i'm not but lets not forget they are just a drop in a large bucket of talent that's out there we can all learn from. SO, lets show what we can by posting pics. when we're done with some home brew projects and give each other a pat on the back for encouragment and keep up some great work we've shared so far. WHAT'D DAYA SAY???

Jesse vs. OCC - Both are way overpriced. There are better builders out there that won't charge near the cost of those glamour bikes. Regarding the American Chopper show; I think it's great drama. The best thing about the show is brother Mikey. Now there is a 1 off character.

i think theyre both badass, and if you pay attention enough, occ started doing their own frames and tanks, now they have a company to manufacture them for them, so that bikes can be done quickly. theres aparently more of a demand than they can handle so far. they also have the big metal working shop and i have seen where they build a lot of stuff for themselves. and a lot of awesome bikes come out of occ. plus, there is no way to do everything yourself. it would be cool if they could do it all themselves, but there are very few shops that are able to afford to do that. now jesse, hes a pimp, period. his **** is cool, but not quite as out there as paul jr. does. honestly, they both have their own ways to do stuff, and i think its cool just the way their doin it.

I got some heat from this on another forum,Little Paul does some awesome fabbing but Jesse's making the sh!t from scratch, there aren't too many metalmen that do that anymore and it's an art that's dying fast.Cutting up a few parts and making one is childsplay compared to grabbing a sheet of metal and forming it up and making a new part.My hat's off to him and the others fabbing this stuff for the aftermarket (the good ones, not the generic crap).Just watching them do their thing gives me goosebumps, let alone the devotion when you slam a finger in one of those presses or wheels and keep on going. That sh!t hurts for days without going back to the machine that just bit you. I'm starting to lose feeling in my hands now at close to 40 and haven't had my hands or fingers crushed 1/2 what they have.

Did you see the show called "Motorcycles Mavericks" on Discovery this week? It was mostly about Arlen, and even though it didn't really show him fabbing, but focused more on the business side, I think we can all agree he is the true master and all the Jesse/OCC stuff sprung forth from AN's mind first.

I don't like jesse james. A friend met him in daytona and said he is conceited and arrogant.
I don't like the design of most of his stuff. If you want an awesome custom try Tank's Tuff Cycle or Performance Engineering here in cleveland. Both have been featured in bike mags long before West Coast popped up.
I met Arlen Ness and he was a great guy. Answered all of my questons and was really into his work. Not like JJ saying if you have to ask how much it will cost don't waste my time.
